Exchange of Goods
Exchanges are usually processed and despatched within a few days of us receiving the goods back.
Standard Delivery will be 7 – 10 working days.
International Delivery will be 20 to 27 working days.
We are unable to exchange items for higher value orders. If the item you have requested isn’t in stock we’ll refund you and send you an email to let you know.
A full refund will be issued only if you have decided to cancel your orders within 24 hours upon purchase.
Processing fees may not be applicable for all transactions.
We only accept goods that are damaged, defective or incorrect. For incorrect goods, it has to be sealed, unopened, or mint condition.

Return of goods is subjected at your own cost. Replacements and shipping of goods, however, will be fully borne by us.
